Refund policy

Our Guarantee of Intention

At Drøn, we engineer every garment to be the end of compromise. We are confident in the superior fit, quality, and durability of every garment we create. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

1. Return Eligibility Window

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

2. Condition of Item

To be eligible for a refund, the Intent Tee must be returned in original, resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage not caused by shipping.

3. The Return Process (Self-Service Portal)

We have designed our return process to be simple and efficient.

Step 1: Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your Drøn Customer Account (or create one using the email address you ordered with) on our website.
  • In the "Order History" section, select the order you wish to return.
  • Click the "Request Return" button and follow the simple on-screen instructions.

Step 2: Shipping & Costs

Canada

  • Free returns.
  • A prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved.

United States

  • Free returns.
  • A prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved.

All Other International Destinations

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Drøn is not responsible for items lost during transit.

Step 3: Processing

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for funds to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service and inventory availability, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, please:

  1. Return your original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the preferred size or color.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@dronclothing.com.

After review, Drøn will provide a prepaid return label and arrange either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund, including any original shipping charges paid.
